Reservations can be made directly on our website or via WhatsApp. A deposit of 400 MXN per person is required online to confirm your place. You will receive an email with confirmation, your pick-up time, and practical instructions for the day.

Our vehicle will pick you up at your hotel.

On the morning of the excursion, we will pick you up from your hotel in Playa del Carmen. We also serve Puerto Morelos, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tulum, and Cancún for most of our excursions. There is no central meeting point; we come to you.

Your French-speaking guide will accompany you throughout the day.

The group is exclusively French-speaking, with a maximum of 12 people. Your guide explains the history of each site in French, manages entrance fees, guides you to a typical lunch, and answers your questions about the wildlife, the Mayan civilization, and the Yucatán Peninsula.

You return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Most of our excursions depart early in the morning to enjoy the sites before the crowds and the heat. You'll return to your hotel in the late afternoon or early evening. The balance is paid in cash to the guide upon departure.

Modification or cancellation: In case of schedule changes or last-minute information, we will communicate via email and WhatsApp. You will be kept informed even if you do not have access to a local phone network in Mexico. We recommend booking at least one week in advanceand two weeks in high season (January–April).
